The price of a U-Haul Camper depends mostly on condition and a little on location. Because so few of these campers exist, there is little data on selling prices. A gutted unit in Tennessee can sell for $500, while that same unit can sell in Washington State for $1,000. The prices on the West Coast (California, Oregon, Washington) tend to bring slightly higher prices than in other parts of the country, regardless of the condition.
As of Fall 2020, a nearly original camper with no modifications other than carpet and window coverings sold for $6,500.00 in North Carolina. This same until would have likely been $7,500 in Southern California. Depending on the modifications, we have seen a few units (CT) that were completely renovated, on the West Coast and advertised for as much as $14,000.
